Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, milk and melted butter.
  • Fill muffin cups about 3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake 16-18 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a cup in the middle of the pan. It should come out mostly dry.
  • One removed from oven, immediately press a Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup onto the top of each brownie cup. Press so it's about even with the top.
  • Let cool COMPLETELY before removing from pan.

Notes

These peanut butter cup brownie treats need to cool fully before you take them out of the pan or they can fall apart. Let cool for one to two hours.
You can really use any flavor of brownie mix that you like. I love the Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix, but if you’re not into dark chocolate you can get a milk chocolate flavor or any standard brownie mix.
Store your cups in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days. If you refrigerate, they will last up to a week.
