Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
  • 8 cups kale coarsely chopped
  • 4 cups cabbage coarsely chopped
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a dutch oven over medium-high heat, add the kale and cabbage. Cook until slightly softened, about 1 minute.
  • Add the broccoli, seasonings, chicken broth, and soy sauce to the pot. Toss to combine and then cover the pot.
  • Allow to steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until the desired tenderness is reached.
  • Drain the liquid, toss and serve.
