Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo Cookies
  • Green and red Mini M&M's
  • 16 ounces of Ghiradelli White Melting Wafers or white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions. You can use a double boiler or the microwave. Either works fine, with the microwave being the shortest cooking time.
  • Using a fork or a lollipop stick, dip your oreo into the melted chocolate, making sure to cover both sides. Gently shake off the excess chocolate.
  • Place the dipped cookies onto the baking pan which has been lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Place two of the red mini M&M's towards the edge of the cookie, placing them on their side, forming a "V" shape.
  • Next, place the green M&M's in a circle, moving from one side of the red "V" to the other. Repeat on all the dipped cookies.
  • Allow the candies to set into the chocolate before eating. Store in a Ziplock bag or sealed container.
