Ingredients

ground chuck

onion
diced

15 ounce can tomato sauce

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

shredded cheddar cheese

Worcestershire sauce

12 ounce package bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled

32 ounce package frozen tater tots

cup
grape tomatoes
quartered

cup
sliced dill pickles
halved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, salt and pepper over medium high heat until the meat is crumbled.
Drain well.
Return the meat to the skillet. Add the cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until melted.
Transfer the ground beef mixture to the casserole dish.
Top with the remaining cheese, the crumbled bacon, and a layer of tater tots.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the tater tots are browned and the edges bubble.
Top with tomatoes and pickles.
Notes
To freeze: Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Freeze for up to 6 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before baking.
