Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup strong brewed coffee chilled, or ice brewed coffee
  • Sweetened whipped cream for serving
  • Additional pumpkin pie spice for serving

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until combined and frothy.
  • Pour over ice.
  • If desired, garnish the coffee with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.Enjoy!

Notes

Use Strong Coffee - The delicious fall flavors in this drink will compete with the coffee, so make sure you start out with a strong brew so it can stand out.
Blend Well - Continue blending until your drink is all the same color throughout. That way the flavors will all be fully mixed.
