Ingredients

  • Country Ribbon Corn Dogs
  • 1/2 yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 4 grape tomatoes
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.  (I lined mine with aluminum foil first.)  Set corn dogs on one side of tray.
  • Cut the peppers into squares a little bigger than the diameter of the corn dogs.
  • Place the peppers on the other side of the baking sheet and  spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook for 20 minutes, turning everything once half way through.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • Slide corn dogs off stick and cut each into 5 pieces.  Thread back onto sticks alternating peppers between each slice.
  • Top the stick with a fresh grape tomato.
