- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1 round Smithfield breakfast sausage
- Shredded hashbrown potatoes
- 1 slice of American or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- Cooking spray
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook your Smithfield sausage until thoroughly cooked. Place on paper towel.
Heat a skillet on medium-low heat. Place your mason jar ring or egg ring mold in the center of the pan. Spray the inside with cooking spray. Melt butter in middle of the ring.
Crack open egg into ring. Stir gently with fork, but don't mix completely. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until firm.
Repeat the egg cooking process with the has browns. If you find it difficult to cook the potatoes in the ring, cook them any way you normally would.
While cooking your hash browns, toast your sliced English muffin.
Layer as follows: Bottom of muffin, slice of cheese, sausage, egg, and top of muffin. Serve with fruit and enjoy!
