Loaded Grilled Pork Nachos

Pork on the grill mixed with chips, cheese and toppings makes for the ultimate loaded nachos!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork loin
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup mini sweet peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup canned sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans
  • Salsa shredded lettuce and sour cream if desired

Instructions

  • Grill your Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork until done, approximately 20 minutes. Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a cast iron skillet, or sheet pan, layer tortilla chips, pork, beans, corn, cheese and peppers.
  • Bake until cheese is melted (approximately 10 mins)
  • Top with salsa, lettuce and sour cream a desired.
