Leftover Turkey Quesadillas
This delicious leftover turkey quesadilla combines turkey, cheese, refried beans and chunky salsa. It's a great way to use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey!

- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 1/3 cups Leftover Turkey shredded
- 1 1/3 cups Canned Refried Beans
- 1 1/3 cups Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
- 1 cup Chunky Salsa
Spread a tortilla evenly with 1/3 cup refried beans.
Next, top with a decent amount of shredded turkey.
Then spread 1/4 cup salsa over the turkey/beans.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Fold tortilla in half and set on toaster oven rack.
Use the TOAST setting and toast until lightly browned.
