Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp cup soy sauce
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 10 oz fresh green beans
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Prepare the sauce by thoroughly mixing all ingredients except the oil, chicken onion and beans in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet.
  • Add in chicken and onions until chicken is cooked through and starting to brown.
  • Add in green beans and water. Cover pan with lid, reduce heat to medium and let cook 5 minutes.
  • Add sauce to chicken and beans, stir to coat and cook until hot.
  • Serve with rice.
