Peanut Butter Chocolate and Banana Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • Spread one tortilla with chocolate hazelnut spread and the other with peanut butter.
  • Slice one banana and spread the pieces on the peanut butter tortilla (they stick better when you flip your tortilla) and close your tortillas together.
  • Spray a medium skillet and add your tortilla. Cook for 1 minute, or until browned and flip.
  • Cook other side for one minute, or until browned, and move away from the heat.
  • Slice in half and then halfway again, so you have 4 triangles.

Notes

Serve with plenty of napkins, because this snack is super gooey!
