- 1 Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork Loin Filet
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken stock
- One 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
- 1 orange
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Add vegetable or chicken stock and Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork Loin Filet to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Turn down to low for one hour.
When slow cooker has 30 minutes left, begin making the Cranberry Walnut Relish.
In a medium saucepan, add cranberries, walnuts, sugar, zest and juice of one orange, and water.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until cranberries are soft.
Cool before serving.
