Italian Salad Roll-Ups

Romaine, Provolone, Roasted Peppers & Salami combine for a perfect hand-held antipasto in these delicious Italian salad roll-ups.

Ingredients

  • 8 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 thin slices salami
  • 8 thin slices provolone cheese
  • 8 strips roasted red peppers
  • Balsamic dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the romaine leaves.
  • Remove any thick pieces of spine at the bottom of the leaves.
  • Lay one slice of salami on each leaf. Top with a slice of provolone and then a strip of red pepper.
  • Roll up each leaf and secure with a toothpick.
  • Serve with balsamic dressing (or Italian dressing) for dipping.
