Italian Salad Roll-Ups
Romaine, Provolone, Roasted Peppers & Salami combine for a perfect hand-held antipasto in these delicious Italian salad roll-ups.

- 8 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 thin slices salami
- 8 thin slices provolone cheese
- 8 strips roasted red peppers
- Balsamic dressing for dipping
Wash and dry the romaine leaves.
Remove any thick pieces of spine at the bottom of the leaves.
Lay one slice of salami on each leaf. Top with a slice of provolone and then a strip of red pepper.
Roll up each leaf and secure with a toothpick.
Serve with balsamic dressing (or Italian dressing) for dipping.
