Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wingettes/drumettes
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and brush or spray with oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken and onions.
  • Add chicken to bowl and stir to coat well.
  • Place the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with additional sauce. Sprinkle with green onions.
  • Cook for 35 minutes (or until cooked through), turning once and adding additional sauce when you turn.
