- 3 pounds chicken wingettes/drumettes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper
- 2 green onions sliced
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and brush or spray with oil.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken and onions.
Add chicken to bowl and stir to coat well.
Place the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Brush with additional sauce. Sprinkle with green onions.
Cook for 35 minutes (or until cooked through), turning once and adding additional sauce when you turn.
