Ingredients

  • One 20 oz package of Farm Rich Smokehouse Pulled Pork BBQ
  • Two 10 oz packages of Steamfresh® Flavor Full Sour Cream and Onion Potatoes
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar or cheddar blend cheese
  • Green portions of 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Pulled Pork and Potatoes according to package directions.
  • Spread potatoes in the bottom of a 9×9" baking pan.
  • Spread pork over potatoes.
  • Sprinkle cheese over dish.
  • Top with green onions.
  • Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
