- 1 Jar Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce
- 6 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Pour the sauce into a large skillet and heat over medium high heat until sauce begins to bubble.
Reduce heat to medium.
Using the back of a spoon, make a small well in the sauce and crack an egg into it. Repeat with the other eggs.
Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper.
Cover skillet and let simmer for 8-10 minutes or eggs are cooked through.
Serve with thick slices of crusty bread.
