Ingredients

  • 1 Jar Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Pour the sauce into a large skillet and heat over medium high heat until sauce begins to bubble.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Using the back of a spoon, make a small well in the sauce and crack an egg into it. Repeat with the other eggs.
  • Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Cover skillet and let simmer for 8-10 minutes or eggs are cooked through.
  • Serve with thick slices of crusty bread.
