White Chocolate Peppermint Brownies Recipe

These delicious White Chocolate Peppermint Brownies feature a chocolate fudge brownie topped with white chocolate and crushed peppermint. They're perfect for Christmas, Valentine's Day or any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Eggs per box directions
  • Oil per box directions
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 10 oz Peppermint Melting Chips or White Melting Chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed Candy Canes or Starlight Mints

Instructions

  • Prepare brownie mix according to box directions, but add 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract.
  • Allow brownies to cool.
  • Melt candy chips by microwaving for 60 seconds then stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.
  • If you used white chips, add 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract to melted chips. and stir to mix.
  • Quickly spread melted candy evenly over top of brownies and sprinkle sith crushed mints.
  • Cut before the chocolate sets up.

Notes

If you prefer you can first cut the brownies and frost them individually for a nice "dripping" effect.
