BBQ Chicken and Veggie Packets Recipe for Easy Summer Get-Togethers

Ingredients

  • 4 thin-sliced chicken breast pieces about 1 pound
  • 1/2 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 red pepper sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper sliced
  • 1/2 small onion sliced
  • 16 green beans
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Heat grill to medium high.
  • Cut four large squares of heavy duty aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place a piece of chicken on each square.
  • Top with 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce.
  • Divide vegetables evenly between the four pieces.
  • Fold up edges of foil to make neat packets.
  • Grill for 14 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
