- 1 White Cake Mix
- 1 15 oz. can Fruit Cocktail
- ¼ cup 7-up or Sprite soda or any lemon lime type soda will do
- 1/2 cup Butter frozen and grated
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix, the (undrained) can of fruit cocktail and sprite together. Combine well.
Add the grated butter and mix until incorporated.
Put the batter into a greased spring form pan. After filling the pan, place it on a baking sheet in the oven in case some of the batter leaks.
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve with a dollop of whipped topping/whipping cream or ice cream would be excellent as well!
