Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix beans, salsa and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a microwave safe container.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Microwave 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. (I divided mine into two smaller bowls and heated one at a time for a shorter period to keep the dip hot for a longer time.)
  • Garnish top with cilantro.
