- 1 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Cilantro for garnish
Mix beans, salsa and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a microwave safe container.
Top with remaining cheese.
Microwave 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. (I divided mine into two smaller bowls and heated one at a time for a shorter period to keep the dip hot for a longer time.)
Garnish top with cilantro.
