Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 teaspoon or more TABASCO® Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 15.25-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 Avocados From Mexico cut into 1/4″ chunks
  • 4 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion small dice
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and minced
  • Optional: Fresh chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, lime juice, TABASCO® Sauce, salt, pepper and cumin.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix together corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion and jalapeño.
  • Pour contents of small bowl over avocado mixture and stir gently to combine.
  • Serve.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or add to a sandwich.
