In a medium mixing bowl or stand mixer, prepare pound cake mix according to package directions.
Pour pound cake mixture into Bundt cake pan
Bake according to package directions. Allow to cool on baking rack completely.
Add ½ cup heavy whipping cream to caramel. Melt in microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Pour caramel mixture over the top of Bundt cake. Place cake in fridge for at least one hour.
Add ½ cup heavy whipping cream to chocolate chips. Melt in microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Do not over heat. Only cook 30 seconds at a time or the chocolate will “break.”
Pour melted chocolate over the top of Bundt cake. Allow to cool completely.
