Last week I was all set to make ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch when I realized there were only two slices of bread left in the house. I really wanted to use the ham and cheese and didn’t know what else to do with it, so I turned it into ham and cheese biscuits.
To make them, just prepare Bisquick or other baking mix according to package directions (or use my super easy biscuit recipe here), chop up a few slices of ham and a couple slices of cheese and mix into the biscuit batter. The biscuits will most likely need to bake about 5 minutes longer than called for in the recipe.
They turned out very yummy!
