The Best  Coquito Recipe

– pinch of salt – 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves – ¼ teaspoon nutmeg – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 cup coconut flavored Bacardi – 1 15 oz can cream of coconut  – 1 13.5 oz can coconut milk – 1 12 oz can evaporated milk *all ingredients listed below



In a small pot, add water and anise. Gently boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove star anise seeds and discard, save the water.


In a blender, add all of the ingredients, minus the Bacardi.


Add mixture to a pitcher. Mix in Bacardi.  Refrigerate for at least an hour or two before serving.
