I love to use my Crock-Pot. It’s a nice easy way to cook. You can throw everything together in the morning, forget it while it’s cooking all day, and then have a nice hot dinner ready with very little fuss.
I love to use my Little Dipper for salsa-cheese dip during get-togethers. It’s so nice to be able to leave the warm dip out on the counter or buffet table and keep it toasty so my guests can help themselves whenever they want.
Do you have a favorite Crock-Pot recipe? I would love to hear it as I’m always adding to my recipe repertoire!
Creamy Salsa-Cheese Dip
1 Cup Salsa
4 oz Cream Cheese (I use reduced-fat)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix together and warm in Little Dipper. Microwave until cheese is melted (usually 1-2 minutes, depending on your microwave) and then put in Little Dipper to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
