This delicious S’mores Rice Krispy Treats Recipe combines Rice Krispies with graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows for a delicious treat indoors!
What happens when you combine two delicious treats in one? You get S’mores Rice Krispy Treats! This recipe combines good ol’ fashioned rice krispies treats along with the taste of smores.
This S’mores Rice Krispy Treats Recipe is perfect for when the weather starts to turn and you no longer have those nice fall and winter campfires to make “real” s’mores.

We make our S’mores treats on the stove, but if you prefer, you can do the melting of the marshmallows in the microwave.
S’mores Rice Krispy Treats Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
4 graham crackers (the full 5 x 2 1/2″ size)
2 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars
1/4 cup butter
1 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows
How to make S’mores Rice Krispies Treats:
- Grease an 8×8 square pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cereal, graham crackers broken into small pieces and chocolate broken into small pieces.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add all but 1 cup of the mini marshmallows.
- Heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are fully melted.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in the cereal/graham/chocolate mixture.
- Press mixture into prepared 8×8 pan.
- Top with remaining 1 cup of marshmallows.
- Place pan under broiler until marshmallows begin to toast. Watch very carefully – they can toast quickly!!
- Allow to cool before cutting. I cut into 16 squares. To make cutting easier, you can spray your knife with cooking spray.

What a unique twist on two of our favorite treats! I have not made either of them in quite a while to be honest with you. Rice Krispie treats are pretty simple, but S’more are honestly just not ever convenient. This would be a great way to get that flavor without the mess!
